Roller World ships via USPS, FedEx, and UPS standard or ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available if arranged ahead of time for an additional charge by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders are shipping in the order that they are received, including items on back order. We strive to ship in stock items within 48hr hours of the time of order during business hours. As soon as your items have shipped you will be provided a tracking number via email from one of our customer service representatives.
Orders valued over $40.00 are shipped with a signature requirement to eliminate the possibility of lost or stolen packages. Once you are provided with a tracking number, your items are no longer in possession of Roller World, and we cannot assist with lost or stolen packages.
Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of original purchase, only if returned in NEW and UNUSED condition. This specifically applies to roller skates and inline skates. Roller World understands that sometimes a test fit for sizing may be required for skates. If your skates do not fit properly and you choose to return them, DO NOT roll on them, or use them outside. Your return will not be accepted.
Roller World cannot accept returns on custom built skates, or sale/clearance items.
If you would like to initiate a return, please email email@example.com with your contact info, order number, and reason for return. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for return shipping to Roller World, Inc. 425R Broadway Saugus, MA 01906. Please mark your label as Attention or C/O RETURNS.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your credit card to be refunded.
